A donor shares his experience of giving through his involvement with Celebrate Summer Memories, an event that supports Hope Dementia & Alzheimer's Services patients and families.

It is through our generous donors like you that we are able to render expert, compassionate care to hundreds of people across the region. Whether someone needs pain relief, is grieving for a loved one, wants comprehensive hospice care, or is in need of physician care at home, HopeHealth relies on your generosity and kindness to fuel our mission.

There are many ways to give. And every gift, whether large or small, makes a real difference.

You can decide how to direct your gift - Hope Hospice, Hope Dementia & Alzheimer's Services or where it is needed most in the HopeHealth family of services.

A teenage girl, on the brink of suicide from grief over her mother’s death, found help in our Hope Care for Kids program and is now an honor roll student. She is one of hundreds of at-risk youth cared for each year as part of Hope Hospice’s participation in the Cape-wide suicide prevention effort.

Dede Hagen, a young mother with terminal cancer, was able to continue receiving symptom-relieving chemotherapy to improve her quality of life and keep her as active as possible. “I found out hospice is for people who want to live the best way that they can.”

As Elaine Anderson coped with the challenges of her declining condition, her fondest hope was to be able to stay in her own home with her family’s beautiful artwork and her beloved cat Mittens. Her son Joel says, “I am so grateful she was able to do that because of Hope Hospice. It never would have been possible without you.”

We know you care about making a difference. And these stories express the many transformative ways in which donations can profoundly improve the lives of those we serve.

Your support ensures that anyone who is medically eligible receives the services, care and support needed for the best possible quality of life - regardless of their ability to pay. As a community-based non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, we depend on support from many sources, including individuals, foundations and corporations.
